SendGrid

Sender addresses now live on the Senders page — add or manage them there.

SendGrid Event Webhook (real per-recipient opens/clicks/bounces)

Paste this URL into SendGrid → Settings → Mail Settings → Event Webhook, with Delivered, Opens, Clicks, Bounces, Spam Reports, and Unsubscribes checked. Needs a public base URL above to actually work — same requirement as unsubscribe links.

Mailbox verification provider (optional, paid)

Free checks (format/domain/disposable) always run. Add a provider here to also confirm a specific mailbox actually exists.

Send a test email

Senders

All of these send through the one SendGrid API key in Settings — add one entry here per verified sender address you want to send as.

Pull SendGrid's own bounce/block/spam history

SendGrid keeps a permanent record of every address that has ever bounced, been blocked, or been marked as spam on this account. Pulling it in marks matching contacts invalid everywhere, using real delivery history instead of a guess.

Download a full backup

Everything — users, contacts, templates, campaigns, send history — as one JSON file. Store it somewhere secure; it still contains your (encrypted) API key and password hashes.
